Product Description & Attributes

Products shown on our website are for illustration purpose only and the actual colors and measurements may vary slightly. However, we will make our utmost effort to display the items as accurately as possible as the display may vary on each computer depending on your LCD monitor's settings. Accessories that come with the clothing are complimentary and are not included in the prices of the products. Exchanges are not allowed if the colours of these accessories are different shown in the pictures.  


Terms of Warranty

All warranty conditions are stated in the product/ services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.


Pricing Information

All prices stated are Nett and priced in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are excluded.


Availability of items

All our items are selling in Instock + Pre-order method (In stock Items please refer to the category of Instock Items, stocks not include in Instock items is under pre-order items). It is advisable to make payment soonest possible to confirmed your orders. Do look back at our website often as we update our stocks twice a month.


Confirmation of Orders

An email acknowledgement will be sent out to the customer upon a successful submission online, advising the lead time, payment method (Bank account number) & stock availability. The order acknowledgement shall be notified within 24 hours from the point of submission.


Payment Modes

We accept local bank transfers/ ibanking (POSB/ DBS Bank) , Malaysia bank transfer/ ibanking (Maybank) for any amount, and Paypal payments for orders above SGD $10 (Paypal service charge of 4%  is applicable). Payment is to be made within 2 days upon confirmation of the order. Kindly provide us with the details of the transaction so as to speed up the packing process. If no payment was received within 2 days, the order will be cancelled. However, if special arrangement needs to be made, do let us know through mail and we would see what we can best do. Kindly note for the bank transfers, please select Direct Bank Transfer when checking out.

Exchange or Refunds

Upon payment of orders, you confirm the item(s) you have ordered and no cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed. Hence, please ensure that the item you have submitted is of the correct color and size which you desire. Measurements can be found in each individual page of the product. As all our goods are checked thoroughly for defect & packed appropriately before the shipment, we do not accept exchange or refunds if the goods are damaged during the process of posting. In the event that the postage got lost in normal mails, Cloversecret.com will not be liable. However, such event is uncommon. If the address provided is wrong & postage was returned, the customer shall be liable for extra charges incurred to resend them. Hence, kindly double check your address before submitting to minimize the chances of extra cost involved. All our goods sold are non-refundable.
