- Our items are in Instock + Preorder Method to keep our prices low.
- Shipping will take approximately 2 – 3 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.

Shipping Method

- Normal Mail Postage (Below 2kg)
Normal Postage Rates:
0g - 500g (1 - 2 items) = SGD $1.50
501g - 1kg (3 - 4 items) = SGD $2.55
1.1kg - 2kg (5 - 10 items) = SGD $3.50
Additional fee of SGD $2.24 on top of normal postage fee per package.
Postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates from Singapore Post.
* For all shipments
- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail.
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payments have been received.
** Request Registered Mail (additional S$2.24/2KG) through email to prevent lost of parcels during delivery.
Exchange & Refund
- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- Images of products are meant for illustration purposes only.
- We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/ refund items will be paid by the customer.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.
* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (Include uncut-tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)
* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
